We did fairly well with keeping to our menu last week. The only day we skipped was last night, and that's only because we didn't make it to the grocery store before supper. And -- I had no hamburger meat. So, the spaghetti will be moved to another week. If you want to see more menu plans, then head here. Here's our plan for the week:
Monday -- Teriyaki Chicken, Stir-fry veggies, Jasmine Rice
Tuesday -- Pomegranate Chipotle Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
Wednesday -- Leftovers
Thursday -- Tacos, Mexican Rice
Friday -- Shrimp Scampi, Rice w/veggies
Saturday -- Leftovers
Sunday -- Homemade Stuffed Crust Pizza
So, there you have it. We're trying to eat healthier, so that's why our veggies aren't that interesting. LOL! And -- I'm always happy to share any recipes I have with you...all you have to do is ask! Happy cooking!
