Oh.my.stars!!!! I got this email today, and it cracked me up! Maybe for this one reason, I'm glad Caleb doesn't go to public/private school. There's no telling what he'd be drawing for the teacher. LOL! Come on...crack a laugh with me!
(Here's the reply the teacher received the following day)
Dear Mrs. Jones,
Dear Mrs. Jones,
I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer.I work at Home Depot and I told my daughter how hectic it was last week before the blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every single shovel we had, and then I found one more in the back room, and that several people were fighting over who would get it. Her picture doesn't show me dancing around a pole. It's supposed to depict me selling the last snow shovel we had at Home Depot. From now on I will remember to check her homework more thoroughly before she turns it in.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Smith
Don't you just LOVE kids? They are the greatest! Enjoy!
And -- wow...check out all the comments I'm getting on the giveaway post. Thank you all so much for spreading the word! Keep it up!

That is so funny.... I linked you on my google search post..
Oh, man, that is soooo funny! Thanks for the laugh! When my son was in first grade the teacher had them draw a picture of what they would do if they were given $100. My son writes "Go to VEGAS!" and draws some playing cards. Nice. All because we just got a computer and I was always playing Vegas style solitaire. I don't even gamble!
This is why I try to check my kids' homework. Every year, the kindergarten children put together a book about mommy which is very enlightening. Since I have another one in kindergarten this year, I will get to see what she really thinks about me.
What a great post...LOL
