Ultimate Blog Party 2009 -- Have YOU Joined???

Well, I guess it's better to join late than never, right?!!? I've been seeing this all over the blogosphere, so I thought I'd join the party. Besides, everyone likes a good party, right? If this is your first visit to my blog, well, let me give you a nice southern "Hello." Pull up a chair and let me introduce you to my family. I'm Sherrie, and I'm married to Brian. We'll celebrate our 9th anniversary on July 1st. We have two boys, Caleb and Micah. Caleb is almost 6, and Micah just turned a year old on 3/5. They are the light of our lives and keep us on our toes. We've also got one pooch named Little Man. We aren't really sure how old he is, or what type of dog he is because he's a Pound Puppy. So, we just say he's almost 10 (he's got lots of gray hair, so who knows). Brian owns his own business working for Visa/Mastercard, and I stay home with the boys and homeschool Caleb. We live in the lovely state of Georgia where we have the craziest weather ever. If you want to know more about us, then check out the "Stars of the Show" snippet in the left-hand column.

I'm sure you may be wondering why I chose "Boogers, Screams, Headaches, and Dreams" for my blog title, so I'll share the story. Boogers -- well, I've got two boys and I'm sure you can imagine where I got that from. :) Screams -- our youngest little guy likes to scream. We think he screams just to hear himself scream sometimes, and well, it will lead to the next word. Headaches -- I get lots of headaches thanks to the boogers and screams. :P Dreams -- Well, we all need to take a rest and dream a little at the end of all the chaos. So, there you have it.

I started blogging back in April of 2008 (it's almost been a year...an anniversary giveaway is bound to take place -- hint, hint). The main reason for this blog is to keep our families informed of our daily happenings. It has sinced turned into a sort of therapy and social outlet for me.
