Snips, Snails, and Puppy Dog Tails

After looking at lots of blogs, I kept seeing some eye-catching blog titles. Well, Childress Household didn't stand out like any of the ones I've seen. So, with Brian's help, I began pondering some "catchy" phrases. It wasn't very easy. He came up with "Chillin' with the Childress'", but it just didn't sound really good to me. His next choice was "Boogers, Screams, Headaches, and Dreams." While that one is quite catchy, I wasn't so sure I wanted to have that as my blog description. Granted, it describes our household really well. Note -- the screams come from Micah...he has this obsession with hearing himself scream at the top of his lungs. It's quite cute and annoying at the same time.

So, I finally remembered the little nursery rhyme about what girls and boys are made of, and we now have a blog title. And -- being as I'm the only girl in this household of all boys (Brian and the dog included), it's only fitting that our blog title be "Snips, Snails, and Puppy Dog Tails."
