As I suspected, as soon as I stopped posting/making menu plans, things got off balance. Suppers were more haphazard, and well, we ate out. So, here’s our plan for this week…
Sunday – YOYO
Monday – Grilled burgers with chips
Tuesday – Pizza
Wednesday – Chicken Tacos and Cheese Quesadillas
Thursday – Ravioli with Arugula, Tomatoes, and Pancetta (this is a new recipe that I borrowed from Giada DeLaurentis on Food Network…it gets rave reviews. We’ve never tried Arugula, so we’ll see).
Friday – YOYO
Saturday – Grilled steak salad
