I'm so over Christmas leftovers, and I think the boys are, too. So, here's what's cooking at our house this week...
Sunday — YOYO
Monday — Cowboy Casserole, Salad
Tuesday — Ham Casserole, Veggies
Wednesday — Honey Garlic Chicken, Rice, Veggies
Thursday — Taco Soup
Friday — YOYO
Saturday — YOYO
What’s cooking at your house this week?  Have you used up all of your Christmas leftovers?  We have some ham left, but that’s it.  I’ll re-purpose it for the ham casserole to be served tomorrow.
