2011 is here, and it’s time to revamp the menu. You will probably see lots of repeat main dishes since we’re trying to improve our health. Nonetheless, I’ll still post our weekly menus to keep me on track and hopefully provide someone out there some inspiration. Here’s what’s cooking this week:
Sunday – Spaghetti & Meatballs, Steamed Veggies, Homemade Bread (I didn’t make this on Saturday as I was busy doing other cooking…post to come later)
Monday – Hamburgers, Chips
Tuesday – Steak Fajitas
Wednesday – YOYO
Thursday – Sauteed Chicken, Rice & Vegetable Medley
Friday – Breakfast Burritos
Saturday – YOYO
