Due to many reasons, I’m back to menu planning. I find that it’s easier and cheaper to just get into the groove of planning as opposed to trying to wing it each night. I haven’t been posting the menus, but I’ve been back at for about three weeks now. It’s going well, and for the most part…we are sticking to the game plan.
Here’s the menu for this week…
Sunday – Brown Sugar Spiced Baked Chicken, Pasta, Snap Peas
Monday – Pepperoni Pizza Wheels, Salad
Tuesday – Fish Sticks, Tater Tots, Corn
Wednesday – Dinner out to celebrate our anniversary and Caleb’s upcoming birthday
Thursday – Fried Noodles with Eggs
Friday – Neighborhood 4th of July BBQ Party
Saturday – Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Salad
What’s on your menu this week? Are you trying any new recipes? Ours are all family favorites this week; however, I do like to try a new ones, too.

Test…
Since Windows Live Writer is my blogging tool of choice, this is a test to see if it’s working again…
Fingers crossed…

Meanwhile in Florida...
Wow, I’ve been MIA for two months from this blog. That’s unusual, but life
has carried on down here in sunny Florida. We made our move down to Port Saint
Lucie, and we’re loving it. We love our neighborhood, the home we’re renting,
and the wonderful neighbors. Our days are spent walking/riding bikes, swimming,
fishing, watching the Florida wildlife, and just having fun. The boys are
enjoying not having school, and I’ve enjoyed the free time as well to get back
into more cooking and baking. Caleb is gearing up for his week at Camp Twitch
and Shout, and Micah and I are getting ready to visit family and friends in GA
while Caleb’s at camp. We’re all looking forward to getting away, but we will
miss Brian as he has to stay here and work.
Here are some pictures from the past two months to let you know how we’ve
been enjoying life.
