Christmas Day 2011

Christmas morning is always a fun time, and it’s always fun to see the excitement on the boys’ faces as they see what’s under the tree.  This year was no different…there were gifts for Caleb, gifts for Micah, and gifts for the whole family.

After cleaning up all of the toys, it was time for our traditional breakfast of cinnamon rolls.  Then, it was time to open the rest of the presents.

After cleaning up and letting the boys enjoy their toys for a bit, it was time to head over to my parent’s home for lunch.  Caleb was excited because he was going to get to shoot his new BB pistol after lunch.  He did a GREAT job, and everyone enjoyed the new pistols.

Once we were done at my parent’s home, we headed home so Micah could nap.  Since the weather turned nasty and rainy, we ended Christmas Day by going to see We Bought a Zoo at the movies.  It was a really good show, but we could have done without all of the cursing…it really wasn’t needed.
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and that 2012 brings you lots of love, peace, happiness, and joy!
